The home at 93 Gordon St sold under the hammer for $1.341 million last Saturday. LJ Hooker marketing agent Richard Mirosch said the property achieved the highest residential sale in the area for the past two years. Mr Mirosch said buyers were motivated by the size of the lot. “It would have to be one of the biggest blocks still available in Gordon Park,” he said.
